My primary area of focus is YOU. Physician recruitment, physician satisfaction and physician engagement are my primary focus each day. I will help you find a practice opportunity that will be a good fit for you. My goal is never just to place physicians, I only want to place them in practices that will fit their needs, expectations and lifestyle. Once you are here, my next mission is to help you build your practice through the use of our marketing and physician services team. Everyone at AMH works hard to keep our physicians happy but when issues arise, our physician services department and I are there to stand as your advocate. And lastly it is also my goal to keep you engaged in the business of the hospital. We want your input on clinical quality, patient satisfaction, new technology, business development, hospital processes & procedures and so much more. When you are successful, we are successful!
